Refund & Cancellations
Cancellation Policy
- We understand that plans may change, and we strive to accommodate your needs as best as possible. Please take note of our refund and cancellation policy outlined below:
- 100% Refund: If cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled travel date, you are eligible for a full refund of the booking amount.
- 50% Refund: Cancellations made within 15 days but more than 10 days before the travel date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the booking amount.
- 20% Refund: Should you need to cancel your reservation within 10 days but more than 5 days before the travel date, a 20% refund of the booking amount will be issued.
- No Refund: Unfortunately, cancellations made within 5 days of the scheduled travel date will not be eligible for any refund.
- Please note that all cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our official communication channels.
- We recommend that you review your travel plans carefully and notify us promptly of any changes to avoid inconvenience.
